Gary’s career has included real estate development, mortgage banking, asset management and private equity investing. Gary is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is currently the President and Founder of Austin-based First Advisors, Inc. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees of Howard Payne University, Brownwood, Texas, and on the Board of Directors for a publicly held marketing services firm in San Antonio. Gary previously served as an executive officer of several real estate and investment firms and has held positions with local and regional governments and numerous non-profit, civic and charitable organizations.


Richard F. (Sandy) Watkins

Sandy founded and serves as the Chairman of Open Lending, LLC. Additionally, he co-founded Advanced Resource Computer Systems, Inc. and served as Chairman and CEO of Texas Capital Markets, Inc., a subsidiary of TCC Industries, Inc., an NYSE company. His background includes serving as President of United Realty Group, Inc., a public real estate MLP and a post-graduate career with Goldman, Sachs & Co. Sandy received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Bryan has over 22 years of experience across ceramic manufacturing roles including laboratory manager, production supervisor, production manager, plant manager and director of manufacturing.


Carl Sorrell

Carl has 35 years of experience in various ceramic manufacturing roles including production operator, front line supervisor, engineering manager, maintenance manager, production manager, plant manager, director of research and development and vice president of manufacturing. He is an engineer by trade and obtained a bachelors of science in ceramic engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri Science and Technology).
